Light Installation: My Private Ecstasy

An interactive light installation, inspired by Anthony McCall.

An immersive light installation that can be seen as a tribute to Anthony MacCall, the light artist who became famous with his Solid Light works - light cones that fills and divides the room, and can be explored by walking right through the walls of these cones. My version however takes the visitor as the center of his/her own experience: the light fits around the body, is directed by the hands, follows the head. This creates a quite personal immersive experience, which is intensified by interactive sounds.
