I encountered Nyk de Vries first when I made visuals for the band "Meindert Talma and the Negroes", and also often witnessed the absurd events of Stichting Hobbyrock that he is part of. Since I am a big fan of bis writing and performing, I am happy that it seems like we are performing together every now and then, and maybe even with an increasing frequency!
